November 11th Monday Meeting Discussion Topics
Osage REC Center
- Ketch emailed and the City is willing to work with our schedule.
- Programs ready , Cheryl workout, Dec. Movie, Yoga, new ect.
- Clarify the Ketch contract and allow the Osage Rec. Committee to make decisions to allow or deny new programs that follow our decision and guidelines. ( discussion )This is only if there isn't any funds needed by SWNA and Events needed by SWNA.) - Board members have the final word , unless the they give permission the the committee.
- Ketch agreement and contract ( open records with the City of Wichita )
Banking
Keep the existing banking, $30 non active charges.
- Lenn called and said that he was going to check into the charges because this wasn't explained or told to Marjorie and him when they set up the account.
-Decisions after Lenn's research to stay or switch Banks.
- Chris has the availablity to set up new accounts at her bank and she will bring information and detail on any charges.
- Bylaws
- Discusion to post our old / current bylaws on the website
Communications:
Discusion on making sure information is sent and received about SWNA.
- Meeting Reminders

Myrle - Decision to resign. ( Josh spoke with Myrle and he will follow up with us on Monday )
